If you can’t think of anything profound or Earth-shattering to write today, don’t. But do post something.
When I lived in Denver, I went to the gym every day unless I was out of town. There were days when I was exhausted or sick. I’d drive to the gym, shower, get dressed, and go to the office or drive home.
The core of my fitness habit was not the workout. It was the act of getting my *ss to the gym 6 days per week (7 if my family was unavailable on Sunday).
The deal is to post, not necessarily post well. The act of putting some text or a photo on LinkedIn is the core of your professional social media habit.
Sharing an article with a sentence about what you find interesting about it is perfectly acceptable.
How Minimal?
➡ An update on what you’re working on this weekend or will work on the coming week is great.
➡ A post about your writing habit is legit.
➡ A cat photo fits the bill nicely.
